Title: SPEAKING CLOCK (1440 MINUTES)

Date: 2022-24

Medium: Real time, speaking clock, marking every minute of every day

Artist: Peter Liversidge

Exhibition: En Route, 2024

…time moves forward not through dramatic shifts but through steady repetition. Liversidge treats time itself as a material, shaped through daily attention, patience and presence.... life unfolds through the steady rhythm of days, each minute briefly acknowledged, and allowed to pass.

From artist:

A speaking clock or talking clock is a live or recorded human voice service that gives the correct time.
