Mike Marshall’s introspective Equilibrium as Craft and as Opportunity takes the location of Mecklenburgh Square as a potential space of ordered and disordered composition. A gardener’s shed contains a single bare speaker producing [playing] a composition. The[se] same tuning forks [used for the composition] have been placed on tables around the garden, providing the possibility for disparate correspondences between each note, whether struck by hand or listened to as a recording.
